Our food philosophy

At the heart of our food is a love for seasonal ingredients, honest flavors, and carefully crafted dishes. We aim to offer an experience where the classic and familiar meet the inventive and nuanced – where well-known flavors are complemented by new layers and dimensions. Our thoughtfully selected wines are chosen to perfectly accompany and elevate the dining experience. All of this is set against a backdrop that invites you to linger – a rugged yet romantic old warehouse where history and the present seamlessly intertwine.

The archipelago buffet

Origo’s Archipelago Table is a tribute to the sea and the local bounty. It brings together handcrafted delicacies that combine the traditions of the archipelago with the creativity of our kitchen.

Our renowned buffet features around 30 different selections of fish, meat, and vegetables – most crafted in-house by our head chef.

The Archipelago Table changes with the seasons but always stays true to Origo’s commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and the rich flavors that have made it a beloved experience over the years.

The Archipelago Table is served starting from June 16 –
As a starter 18€, as a main course 42€, and for lunch (12:00–16:00) 36€
